This episode explores how childhood trauma blocks lasting change and requires a three-part plan of attack—healing the brain, addressing demonic influences, and changing behaviors—to restore freedom and Godly reactions.
Pastor Jean offers practical steps: remove the mask and be honest, journal ungodly reactions and list godly replacements, memorize scriptures, pause and breathe to move from amygdala-driven responses to frontal-lobe reasoning, and daily renewal of the mind through Scripture, prayer, and guarding what we allow in our lives.
